Gas prices below $3 a gallon across the Tri-State

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - You don't have to go across the bridge to get cheap gas... at least, not for now.

Gas prices at some stations in Evansville have fallen below the $3 per gallon mark.

For instance, at 2 Go's Fast Fills at Lincoln and Rotherwood, gas is $2.89 a gallon. 

In Henderson, gas is as low as $2.93 a gallon and in Owensboro it's $2.82 a gallon.

Crude oil prices have fallen in November which has helped lead to relief at the gas pump.

The current average in the U.S. is $3.17 per gallon.

Hawaii has the highest gas prices at $4.12 per gallon; Missouri has the lowest at $2.87.
