HOPKINS CO., KY (WFIE) -

A Hopkins County man is sentenced to 10 years in jail for second degree manslaughter, trafficking and witness intimidation while on probation.

Craig Davenport pleaded guilty last month to the manslaughter charge in connection with the death of Rodney 'Bo' Hale.

Authorities say Davenport was the last person to see Hale alive and he hid Hale's body in a drainage pipe.

In the summer of 2013, Hopkins County Sheriff's Officer confirmed bones found outside Madisonville were that of the 42-year-old Hale. He'd been missing since November 2010.

The trafficking charge against Davenport occurred after Bo Hale was deceased, and while on probation for that charge, he intimidated a witness for a trial.
