Evansville man convicted of making meth

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

The Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's Office says 46-year-old William Slaton has been found guilty of manufacturing meth and pleaded guilty to be a habitual offender.

Slaton was arrested in June 2013 at a home in the 1300 block of West Delaware.

Police found drugs and a meth lab inside.

Slaton could face 6 to 20 years behind bars when he is sentenced next month.
