One Powerball winner

Someone in the San Francisco Bay Area could be almost $225 million richer after lottery officials announced Wednesday that the sole winning Powerball ticket was sold in San Mateo. The San Jose Mercury News reports the winning ticket was sold at Key Markets, located at 500 S. Norfolk St., a spokesman for the agency said. We'll have the numbers for you on Sunrise.

Patchy fog, then nice

Some dense fog in places this morning, but once it burns off, another beautiful day should unfold in the tri-state.  We'll quickly move from the 50's to around 80 once again.  Byron has the forecast as we get a little closer to the weekend.

Holiday World Halloween weekends

With fall now underway, it's time to start talking about Halloween.  And one of the biggest Tri-State celebrations is at Holiday World.  Deanna Allbrittin will be live this morning to show you what's new this year.

Streisand makes history

Singing legend Barbara Streisand's latest release, "Partners," debuted on top of billboard's 200 albums chart.  She becomes the only recording artist ever to issue number one albums in six consecutive decades.

All that and much more on Sunrise, so we hope to see you.

Have a great Thursday.
