County officials hear road safety presentation

New tonight from Western Kentucky...a push from the University of Kentucky Transportation Center to improve the safety of county roads. County officials met at the Daviess County Public Works building to hear a presentation on putting together a road safety plan. The UK Center recommends a committee to analyze local accident data to determine what action need to be taken. Daviess County Judge Executive Al Mattingly says action has been taken in the past including widening road shoulders and taking out curves on Daniels Lane.
