METS conducting on-board rider surveys

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - People who ride METS buses are being asked to help improve the system.

Starting Monday, September 22, riders will be asked to take a survey and give their feedback about METS.

All answers will be anonymous.

The surveys may completed during a bus ride.  Passengers may also return the self-addressed, postage-paid surveys via regular mail.

The feedback will be part of the Comprehensive Operations Analysis of the METS system that is currently underway and will be used to make improvements.

The surveys will be completed by Friday, September 26.
