In New York, there will be a moment of silence and the names of those killed will be read. Today is the 13th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terror attacks, and it's the first anniversary that the National September 11 Museum will be open.
Local flag raising
A group of local firefighters have gathered near the USI campus to honor those we lost on 9-11 by raising a flag along the highway overpass. Deanna Allbrittin will be there live with more on this emotional tribute.
Presidential ISIS plan
U.S. lawmakers are responding to President Obama's plan authorizing air strikes to wipe out the militant group Islamic State in Iraq and Syria. Obama says he's sending nearly 500 more noncombatant troops to Iraq to advise and train. The full story on Sunrise.
