LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - If you haven't felt the impact of the Big Squeeze yet things are likely to get a little tighter for your commute to and from the Hoosier state.
Since early Tuesday, Sept. 2, two southbound lanes of Interstate 65 in southern Indiana approaching the Kennedy Bridge have been shut down. The three lanes northbound lanes were reduced to two lanes before Thursday morning's commute.
The lane restrictions will remain in place along the stretch of I-65 from the Kennedy Bridge to Brown's Station Way until late 2016 when the Ohio River Bridges Project nears completion.
