Police: Man admits role in shooting, charged with murder

 LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A 20-year-old man faces a murder charge after speaking with detectives at the Louisville Metro Police Department.

Trey A. Anderson was arrested early Saturday morning in downtown Louisville. The suspect admitted to his involvement in a shooting that killed one person, critically injured another and put additional people at risk, according to an arrest report.

Detectives have not released additional information at this time.

Anderson is also charged with attempted murder and first degree wanton endangerment. 

He is being held at the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections on a $500,000 bond and is scheduled for arraignment on Monday, September 1.
