VANDERBURGH CO., IN (WFIE) - Drive by any hotel or restaurant in Evansville or Henderson and you'll likely get a blast from the past.
The Frog Follies are back for their 40th anniversary.
Evansville Iron expects around 5,000 official pre-1949 cars to come to town for the show.
The first car owners started rolling into the Vanderburgh 4H Center almost a week before Frog Follies even started.
People are really looking, this year more than ever, for the best spots for others to see their cars.
Many owners put a lot of time and work into their cars.
"I also helped him build the car. When he needed help where his hands wouldn't fit in the car, mine went up and put the little screws and washers and things on it that he couldn't get to," said Kathy Schmidt, Delaware.
The street rods will be here through the weekend. Admission is $5. Kids 12 and under get in free.
