LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Police say a fast food restaurant employee conspired with the man who robbed the store at gunpoint, leaving the door unlocked for him.
Amber Poynter, 22, was arrested Thursday and charged for her alleged involvement in an Aug. 12 robbery at the Taco Bell at 3408 Preston Highway.
According to Poynter's arrest report, a man armed with a handgun entered the store around 11:30 p.m. through the door that Poynter left unlocked and demanded money from the store's safe and registers. The man, who was not identified in the report, then fled the scene.
Poynter was scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
