Nokia to introduce low-tech phone

REDMOND, WA (CNN) - Despite the world's technological advances, some people still don't own a cell phone.

Microsoft hopes to change that with a new phone that has no camera, no internet and no social media.

The Nokia 130 is expected to begin shipping in the third quarter to select markets.

It does have a video player and battery life up to 36 days.

The price is expected to be below $35.
