LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A woman has been charged with stealing a check, then forged the signature of her victim so it could be cashed.

An arrest warrant charges Lindsey D. Clark, 22, of Fairdale, stole the check on Feb. 5. After writing the check for $60 made payable to a third person, Clark is accused of forging the signature of the man she stole it from.
