KNOX CO., IN (WFIE) -

Indiana State Police have identified the two men involved in a fatal shooting in Knox County.

It happened around 2:00 eastern time Wednesday morning at 707 Durbin Street in Bicknell.

Troopers say 33-year-old Paul Ryan Russell, of Bruceville, was shot and killed outside the home by 48-year-old Todd Godare, of Bicknell, during an argument.

We're told neither man lived there.

ISP says Godare then left the scene in a truck and was spotted a few hours later near McDowell and Washington Avenue.

Authorities say they tried to stop him but he continued on, eventually stopping on State Road 61 near Kimmell Road, where he took his life.

According to Knox County Coroner Gordon Becher, autopsies for both men are scheduled for Thursday morning.
