LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville man is under arrest on charges in two separate theft cases.
An arrest warrant says Kenneth P. Wilson, 63, and a woman co-defendant twice took merchandise from the optometry offices of Dr. Elliott Rosengarten.
On each occasion, Wilson is accused of coming into the office, grabbing a display case of eye glasses and fleeing. The value of the stolen glasses is listed as $4,000.
In a separate case, Wilson is also charged with using a stolen credit card to make purchases. The victim had reported the card and other items stolen from her wallet while she was at work.
Police say Wilson was captured on six occasions using the woman’s credit card.
Wilson was arrested on July 10 for two counts of theft by unlawful taking, three counts of forgery and four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. He is also being held on an outstanding bench warrant.
