EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke is bringing his Traveling City Hall to Eastland Mall on Saturday, July 12.

Winnecke and other local government officials will be at the mall to speak with people and answer questions from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

There will also be a special presentation on the Eddie the Eagle GunSafe Program by the Evansville Police Department.

The program teaches children how to avoid hurting someone if they find a gun by training them to, "Stop! Don't Touch. Leave the Area. Tell an Adult".

The program's mascot, Eddie the Eagle, will be there and Eddie coloring books, stickers and commemorative coins will be given to children while supplies last.

Eastland Mall will be providing door prizes during the meeting.
