JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (WAVE) - With bagpipes, Boy Scouts, military vehicles and plenty of red, white and blue, the Freedom Parade was the place to be in downtown Jeffersonville, Indiana on Independence Day.
The parade stretched down Spring Street to Warder Park. Kids got plenty of free candy and told us there was no place they'd rather be on the Fourth of July.
After the parade a patriotic ceremony featured a rendition of America The Beautiful and a salute to our military members.
