Kentucky releases non-conference sked

Kentucky's non-conference schedule includes its annual showdown with rival Louisville and meetings against some of the sport's winningest programs.

Before visiting the Cardinals on Dec. 27 the Wildcats will face Kansas on Nov. 18 in Indianapolis; Texas on Dec. 5 in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge and North Carolina eight days later, both at Rupp Arena; and UCLA on Dec. 20 at Chicago.

Kentucky opens with home games against Grand Canyon on Nov. 14 and Buffalo on Nov. 16. The Wildcats will also host Boston (Nov. 21), Montana State (Nov. 23), UT-Arlington (Nov. 25) and Providence (Nov. 30).

Eastern Kentucky (Dec. 7) and Columbia (Dec. 10) will also visit the Wildcats, whose preseason begins with home games against in-state teams Pikeville (Nov. 2) and Georgetown College (Nov. 7).
