SULLIVAN COUNTY, TN (WJHL) -

Twenty-six people were indicted by the Sullivan County Grand Jury on narcotics related charges.

According to a Kingsport Police Department news release, KPD’s Vice and Narcotics Unit finished a 2013 investigation into illegal diversion of prescription pills within the city limits.

Some of the individuals had already been arrested and several still remain at large.

According to the release, the investigation also encountered suspects who were known felons and who were involved in the trafficking of firearms.

In addition to the narcotic charges, one individuals was charged with food stamp fraud, for allegedly selling their state benefit card.

According to the release, the investigation is ongoing and more charges are pending.

The Kingsport Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the individuals who remain wanted, and ask for people to call 229-9434.

The following individuals have been indicted:

- Ralph Wallen, 81, 2201 Netherlan Terrace in Kingsport, was indicted for sale and delivery of schedule III drug within 1,000 feet of a park; sale and delivery of a schedule IV within 1,000 feet of a park; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of a firearm while in a commission of a felony; theft under $500; maintaining a dwelling where narcotics are used or sold.

- Amanda Cross, 28, 2017 Sand St. in Kingsport, was indicted for two counts of sale and delivery of schedule II drug; two counts of sale and delivery of schedule IV drug.

- James Nuckles, 44, 105 Mull St. in Kingsport, was indicted for two counts of sale and delivery; two counts of sale and delivery of schedule IV drug; maintaining a dwelling where narcotics are sold and stored.

- Johnny Davidson, 45, 306 Wilmeth St. in Gate City, Va., was indicted for sale and delivery of a schedule II drug; sale and delivery of a schedule III drug.

- Brittany Snider, 23, 2200 Sherwood Road in Kingsport, was indicted for three counts of sale and delivery of a schedule III drug within 1,000 feet of a daycare.

- Norma Wilson, 59, 1627 Vance St. in Kingsport, was indicted for two counts of sale and delivery of a schedule II within 1,000 feet of a school; sale of a food stamp card.

- Frances Bundick, 43, was indicted for obtaining narcotics by fraud.

- Pam Soles, 49, 1921 Bowater Drive in Kingsport, was indicted for sale and delivery of a schedule IV drug.

- Harriet Gorman, 52, 217 Carver St. in Kingsport, was indicted for facilitation of the sale of cocaine.

- Kelly Whaley, 33, 430 Claremont Road in Kingsport, was indicted for sale and delivery of schedule III.

- Zoeann Kennedy, 55, of 1125 Cherry St. in Kingsport, was indicted for three counts of sale and delivery of schedule III.

- Jeremy Begley, 21, 1150 Ridgecrest Ave. in Kingsport, was indicted for sale and delivery of a schedule III drug.

- Amber Anderson, 36, 4830 Landon Court in Kingsport, was indicted for three counts of sale and delivery of a schedule III drug.

- Tammy Clifton-aka Tammy Necessary – 56, was indicted for two counts of sale and delivery of a schedule IV drug.

- Linda Watts, 33, was indicted for sale and delivery of a schedule III and IV drugs.

- Caleb New, 21, was indicted for two counts of sale and delivery of schedule III drugs; sale and delivery of schedule II drug.

- Adrienne Duncan, 24, was indicted for three counts of sale and delivery of a schedule II drug; sale and delivery of a schedule III drug; maintaining a dwelling where narcotics are sold or stored; facilitation of the sale of a schedule III drug.

- Dwayne Cozart, 29, was indicted for sale and delivery of a schedule II drug.

- Thor Rutter, 53, 106 W. Charlemont Ave. Kingsport, was indicted for four counts of sale and delivery of a schedule III drug.

- William Ward, 34, was indicted for possession of analog substance for resale; simple possession of a schedule II drug; simple possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Michael McBride, 36, 1643 Spruce St. in Kingsport, was indicted for two counts of sale and delivery of schedule II drug; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; sale of a firearm by a convicted felon.

- Stephanie Eck, 33, 1921 Bowater Drive in Kingsport, was indicted for sale and delivery of a schedule III drug; sale and delivery of a schedule IV drug.

- Brittany Monk, 23, 2804 Princeton Road in Kingsport, was indicted for sale and delivery of a schedule III drug within 1,000 feet of a daycare.

- Steven Finch, 27, was indicted for sale and delivery of a schedule III drug within 1,000 feet of a daycare.

- Tabitha Rhoton, 28, 339 Mullins St. in Kingsport, was indicted for three counts of sale and delivery of a schedule II drug.

- Chelsea Hammonds, 22, 235 Hialeah Drive in Kingsport, was indicted for sale and delivery of schedule II drug.
