A report on automobile crashes has recently been released and found one specific road that has seen the most car accidents.
In 2013, there were more than 3,000 automobile accidents in the city of Owensboro and Daviess County.
The Green River Area Development District's crash study found most of those accidents happened on along Frederica Street.
Each year, GRADD looks at the Owensboro Police Department and Daviess County Sheriff's Office accident reports to put together this study.
There were a total of seven fatal accidents in the city and county and two of those occurred Frederica Street. Most of the accidents were non-emergency collisions between two vehicles.
The report also found KY-54 around U.S. 60 bypass to be another common site for automobile accidents.
Residents who work along these roads are not surprised by the numbers.
