Two critical violations: food product of reach-in measured 47-49 F not maintained at 41 F or lower, lacking grease trap mainfest.  Three non-critical violations: lacking labeling for packaged desserts at front counter, reach-in unit not operating as designed to maintain 41 F or lower, ceiling leaking in kitchen area.

Boonville Pioneers students, faculty and staff came together like we've never seen.. possibly bringing in record amounts of canned food donations for the Tri-State Food Bank..
