LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A hidden cash craze that started in California has made its way to Kentuckiana.
On Tuesday a Twitter account with the handle @hiddencashlou was created.
Around 7 a.m. Wednesday, shortly after it hit 100 followers, the anonymous tweeter posted the first clue.
Joe Lannan and a friend found the cash by the Abraham Lincoln statue in downtown Louisville.
The Twitter page description encourages people to post photos of good deeds and pay it forward.
The original @hiddencash account began in California where an anonymous source would hide cash around the state and tweet out clues.
