BOWLING GREEN, KY (WSMV) -

The man accused of kidnapping his 20-month-old daughter from a home in Bowling Green has been arrested.

Robert Pomeroy, 25, is accused of forcing his way into a home on Scottsville Road and taking his daughter out of a bathtub around 8:30 p.m. Monday.

Police say his daughter, Lillian Pomeroy, was unharmed in the incident.

Pomeroy turned himself in at the Warren County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday around 11:30 a.m. He was arrested and is now facing a kidnapping charge.

Police say Pomeroy is the girl's biological father but does not have custody of her.

Pomeroy's girlfriend, Sabrina Vanmeter, was arrested on a kidnapping warrant on Tuesday morning.
