EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - Evansville man who was shot by police is out of the hospital and facing charges.
Evansville Police say 53-year-old Arthur Fingers was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on Friday.
He faces nine charges including possession of a firearm by a felon, resisting law enforcement, dealing synthetic marijuana and OMVWI.
