LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - An AMBER alert issued late Wednesday in Kentucky for a missing 2-year-old has been canceled by law enforcement.
Nolan Myers was taken around 8 p.m. Wednesday from a home in Centerville, Ohio, north of Cincinnati.

Police believed the child was in danger due to the mental status of the mother, Melissa Myers.

According to Centerville Police Department's public information Officer John Davis, the two were found this morning in a hotel in Monroe, Ohio.  Monroe is in Butler County, which is just south of Centerville.

Officer Davis says the department asked for the AMBER alert be issued about 11 p.m. Wednesday night, and are fortunate for the public's help in finding Nolan and his mother. A person at the hotel called police after seeing Myers' car.

Authorities canceled the AMBER alert about 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
