The Green River is back open following a barge accident.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says the 'Betty Feagin' hit the Spottsville railroad bridge around 2:00 Tuesday morning.
The vessel's tow was broken and its barges got loose.
The Green River was closed to traffic at miles 8 and 9 while a state inspector checked out the railroad bridge for any damage.
The inspection is complete and the Coast Guard has opened the river.
