Chief meteorologist Jeff Lyons says a hard freeze is likely overnight as the temperature nears the 1962 record low of 28 degrees.
Temperatures will pick up for the rest of the week, with highs in the upper 50's on Wednesday and then rise into the mid 60's for the weekend.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible on Friday, and again on Sunday and Monday.
