People in Gibson County are showing their support two teenagers who were hurt in an ATV accident.
The "Dream Café" in Haubstadt held a pancake breakfast and Chinese auction Saturday for 16-year-old Isaac Sollman and 17-year-old Grant Zilliak.
The two were in the hospital for weeks after colliding head-on while riding their 4-wheelers.
Both boys are now at home recovering but their families are dealing with medical bills.
That's why the restaurant decided to host this fundraiser and donate all the money raised to the families.
"It's a true miracle what happened that night. It was terrible at the time, but everything since then has been just a blessing in our lives and has brought more than just our families together, it's brought the whole community together, and we're truly thankful for that," said Jeff Zilliak, Grant's dad.
Grant Zilliak's family says he still has some minor surgeries ahead of him, but overall both boys are improving every day.
Organizers of the fundraiser say the event brought in more than $2,000.
