WARRICK CO., IN (WFIE) -

Warrick County Prosecutor, JoAnn Krantz, tells us she is seeking life without parole against two men charged in the murder of Joseph Nelson.

Krantz filed the motions against Mathew McCallister, who prosecutors allege shot Joseph Nelson and Shawn Grigsby.

Officials believe Nelson was shot in the back of the head in rural Warrick County. His body was found in the coal processing equipment at Alcoa.

Grigsby and two other co-defendants, Jade Stigall and David Lackey, are due in court on Monday.

The defense is asking that the state's "confidential informant" be identified.
