HENDERSON CO., KY (WFIE) -

Robert Brantley, the suspect charged with murder in that barroom death in Henderson returned to court Thursday.

Henderson Police Detective Shannon Troutman told the court he received video evidence that shows two bouncers holding Adam Hogan down while Brantley was on top "choking" Hogan.

The detective also says two bouncers admitted to "kneeing" Hogan.

Troutman says the medical examiner says Hogan's injuries are consistent with strangulation.

The case is now expected to go to grand jury in May.

Brantley is free on bond.
