Temperatures this morning are in the single digits again, but should stay above the record low of -1. Partly cloudy skies will be with us to start the day before turning mostly sunny. Winds will be coming out of the north for much of the day and this will help temperatures only climb into the low 20's. Tonight Temperatures will drop down into the single digits once again.
Cloud cover will return for tomorrow, but temps will still climb into the mid 30's for highs. Temperatures will continue to warm up into the weekend with highs in the 40's on Saturday and Sunday, but rain will be likely after starting as snow and then changing to freezing rain and the transition to all rain will occur into Sunday. Especially north of the Ohio River. As temps drop to near 32 on Sunday night things will transition back to a rain snow sleet freezing rain mix once again mainly north of the Ohio River.
