Charges filed in deadly apartment fire

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

An Evansville man has been charged with three counts of murder and 10 counts of arson after an apartment fire on Monday.

Officials say Christopher Compton is also charged as a habitual offender.

The state is seeking life without parole for Compton.
