Two Mega Millions Winners

While the Federal Reserve meeting in Washington is a big deal for investors, high finance of a different sort has the spotlight in Maryland and Florida. Each state had one winning ticket purchased for last night's Mega Millions drawing. The winners split a $400 million jackpot. The winning numbers are 11, 19, 24, 33 and 51 with a Mega Ball of 7.

Illinois Primary

Republican nominee for Illinois governor Bruce Rauner (ROW'-nur) says Governor Pat Quinn is a failure and "we're going to get him gone this November." Rauner is a wealthy businessman from Winnetka. He says Quinn has chased employers out of Illinois, raised taxes and driven up unemployment. Quinn won the Democratic primary for the governor's office.
