How will a new fertilizer plant impact air quality in Posey County? That was just one of the questions at a public meeting Wednesday night.
"I think that there's people concerned about odor. That's understandable. They're concerned about the particulates that are going to be discharged. I think it's all good concerns, but I think some of the questions have be answered and others will be answered in emails," said Rodney Cox, who owns a business in Mt. Vernon.
Anyone who wants to make a comment on the fertilizer plant permit can still do so.
