Four suspects in a Warrick County murder have been formally charged in the shooting death of Joseph Nelson.

Those charges are filed against Jade Stigall, David Lackey Jr., Shawn Grigsby and Matt McCallister.

The body of the 35-year-old Nelson of Martinsville, Indiana, was found on a conveyor belt at Alcoa's power plant in Warrick County last week. Authorities say Nelson died from a gunshot wound to the head.

Court documents name McCallister as the shooter. He is still being held in the Marion County Jail.

Initial hearings for Stigall, Lackey and Grigsby are set to begin Thursday.
