Sunny Friday

A strong cold front swept out the severe weather.  Byron says we'll have mostly sunny skies and it will be less windy today with high temps in the lower 50's. Temps in the mid to upper 50's on Saturday under partly sunny skies. Sunday it will be cooler with high temps in the mid 40's. The 14 First Alert forecast on Sunrise.
 
Storm Damage
 
While there were no reported tornados in Evansville, strong winds caused some damage Thursday night. Vectren reported a total of 1,800 power outages.
 
Kiev Latest

Gunshots and accusations today in Ukraine's capital. It is unclear where the shots are coming from but the Interior Ministry accuses the opposition of breaking a shaky truce and firing at law enforcement officers. Lawmakers and European officials continue to work on a solution to the crisis. Ukraine's presidency says there is a deal.

Olympics Day 14

The Winter Olympic Games are winding down in Sochi.  We'll recap the action from Thursday and look ahead to day 14.

    William Huff terrorized Sierra Vista during the spring and summer of 1967. Despite a sentence of 40 years to life, the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency voted to release him from prison into home arrest. Family members of the victims are concerned for the safety of the community, as are new members of the Clemency Board. CBS 5 Investigates videotaped Huff riding a bike through his Tucson neighborhood. There are no restrictions placed on his proximity to children.
