PRINCETON, IN (WFIE) -

One person was taken to the hospital after a car crashed into the Indiana Department of Child Protective Services building in Princeton.

The accident happened just before 2:00 p.m. Wednesday.

According to the Princeton Police Chief, Marc Bozikis of Princeton let his wife, Angela, drive without a license.

She was driving too fast, hit the curb, went airborne and into the roof of the building.

Angela is charged with operating a vehicle without a license.

She and her husband are charged with false reporting.

Police say they tried to lie about who was actually driving the car.

Both are in the Gibson County Jail.

One woman who was inside the building was taken Gibson General Hospital with minor injuries.
