Supreme Court declines case over Holiday World ownership

The Indiana Supreme Court has declined to hear a dispute over ownership of Holiday World.

That means Lori Koch will retain control of the park.

In October, the Indiana Court of Appeals ruled Koch could keep her majority shares. That ruling affirmed a decision by a Vanderburgh County judge that Koch did not have to sell shares formerly owned by her late husband, Will Koch, to his brother, Dan Koch.

Holiday World did not comment on the latest decision, only saying the park, "Plans to add new attractions and entertain families for generations to come."
