A woman was arrested for refusing to leave a residence, but it's what she said to officers after she was in custody which added some serious charges.
Officials arrested 30-year-old Latrisha Payton Wednesday after they say she refused to leave a home on Adrian Circle.
When officers arrived, police reports say Payton was screaming and refusing to leave.
Reports say Payton threatened to kill the officers by setting them on fire.
Once in custody, reports say Payton continued to say she was going to cut the officer's throats.
Payton was charged with criminal trespassing 1st, menacing, disorderly conduct 2nd, and terroristic threatening 3rd. She has already been released from the Hopkins County Jail on bond.
