A home invasion suspect has been sentenced in the Vanderburgh County case.
Jeton Hall was sentenced to 40 years in prison late Wednesday afternoon. He was facing up to 50 years.
As part of a plea deal, Hall pleaded guilty in December to burglary with serious bodily injury, criminal confinement and theft in the 2012 Ira Beumer home invasion robbery.
He also suffered a serious brain injury in a crash following the break in. Officials say Hall had an extensive criminal record.
Hall is the third of four defendants sentenced in the case.
