In Webster County, a man pleads guilty to several charges including manslaughter.
According to Commonwealth Attorney Zach Greenwell, Billy Utley plead guilty Tuesday night to manslaughter, multiple drug charges, DUI, cruelty to animals and possession of burglary tools.
Utley was arrested back in June 2012 after the shooting death of his estranged wife, Theresa, in the parking lot of the Wheatcroft Fire Station.
Officials say Utley is facing up to 35 years in prison. A sentencing hearing has been set for February 6.
