WHITE CO., IL (WFIE) -

Officials say White County woman is now facing time in prison. Candice Brown has been found guilty on two counts of obstruction of justice.

Brown is the girlfriend of Danny Coston, the man convicted of the murders of a White County couple.

Investigators say Brown lied to authorities during their investigation. Officials say sentencing is on March 26 in White County. We're told she faces up to three years in prison.

Coston was sentenced to 53 years in prison back in September. He was found guilty in the shooting deaths of 17-year-old Jessica Evans and 22-year-old Jacob Wheeler. The bodies of the victims were found in a remote area of the county near the little Wabash River in August, 2012.
