Fired cop wants job back

   A 14 News Exclusive: former Evansville Police Officer Steve Hicks is suing the city to get his badge and job back, along with lost pay. The action follows the conclusion of a special prosecutor that Hicks committed no crime in an off-duty incident at a sports bar.

  Both Sears and Kmart are recalling nearly 43- thousand fan heaters after reports of several catching fire.
