Arguments have now been set in an Evansville church's appeal of a federal judge ruling blocking a cross display on public property.
The arguments will be heard by the seventh circuit court of appeals in Chicago on February 18. Each side will have 20 minutes to make their case and the court will decide later.
The appeal comes after a federal judge's decision to not allow the display of several crosses along public property on Evansville's riverfront.
