Michael Rosenbaum in the house

Newburgh native Michael Rosenbaum is due on Sunrise this morning to talk about his new movie "Back in the Day," set for a world premiere tonight in his hometown.  Sometimes in order to move forward, you have to go back. And in this raunchy comedy, Jim Owens (Michael Rosenbaum) does just that when he heads home for his high school reunion. In an attempt to relive the glory days with his boys and explore an old romance, he nearly destroys his hometown and friendships.  Erin Meyer is also live in at Showplace in Newburgh with more on the festivities.

Winter weather advisory

Just as we've come out of the deep freeze, there is now a winter weather advisory until Noon in the tri state. With temps in the 20s...expect light snow to mix with some freezing rain. Precipitation will change over to all rain by mid morning as temperatures climb above freezing. Byron has the 14 First Alert forecast.

Governor Christie scandal

There's a political firestorm brewing in New York and New Jersey that's reverberating all the way to Washington.  Did New Jersey Governor Chris Christie know his staff was deliberately creating traffic problems to target a democrat who refused to back Christie's re-election campaign? We'll have the latest.

Winter rook card tournament

If you're looking for a fun indoor activity to do this weekend, Emily Busby is live in Owensboro to tell us about a rook card tournament going on at the Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park.

So enjoy your day, and we'll see you on Sunrise.

Dan
