SEYMOUR, IN (WAVE) - A missing wheelchair used by a 3-year-old girl with spinal muscular atrophy mysteriously reappeared Wednesday morning.
The specialized wheelchair used by a girl identified only as Kaly vanished between 4 and 7 p.m. Saturday from the corner of 2nd Street and Calvin Boulevard in Seymour.
A Seymour police detective said that around 7:50 Wednesday morning, someone rang the doorbell at the home of Kaly's grandmother. When she answered the door, Kaly's wheelchair was there but the person who left it was gone. No one knows who left the wheelchair or where it had been.
