The Evansville man suspected of going on a violent crime spree last month has faced a judge for the first time.
John Jackson Jr., 24, is accused of stabbing an Evansville cab driver and cutting a convenience store clerk during a robbery.
In court Thursday, Jackson was charged with 2 counts attempted murder, 2 counts armed robbery, and 1 residential entry.
Jackson's next court appearance for those charges will be February 13th.
He is also a suspect in the stabbing death of 33-year-old Nicholas Mathew.
