Bird watchers spotted an unusual bird at the Evansville Regional Airport on Tuesday.
"Some people keep a life list and track every bird they've seen in their entire life and this is one of those birds that you're not going to get around here," Flake says.
Flake says the owls are attracted to airports because the short grass resembles the snowy tundra of their native habitat.
