Charges being reviewed in case at Henderson County High School

Posted: Updated:

New details today in the case of two students at Henderson High School who are facing expulsion after the school says "serious horseplay" occurred on other students.

As 14News first told you last week, an incident occurred in the high school's baseball building  involving some members of the baseball team during conditioning.

According to the Henderson Police Department, officers were called to the high school on December 2 to investigate an incident in which a male juvenile was held down by two other juveniles.  Another male then exposed his genitals to the victim and he was let go.

Police say two of the suspects then grabbed another juvenile and repeated the same behavior until the juvenile got up.

The behavior stopped when other players entered the area.

Police say the report has been sent to the Court Designated Workers Office for review of charges.

The names of the students aren't being released because they are minors.
