Golf course missing their goose-chasing dog

INDEPENDENCE, KY (FOX19) -

Curley-Joe, a working dog for the Kenton County Golf Course, is missing.

Curley-Joe is a border collie whose primary responsibility is to keep wild geese off the greens. However, the golf course says he has become much more than a working dog. He is a cheerful fixture, greeting golfers as they enjoy their activity.

The dog went missing from the course on November 29. The course is located at 3908 Richardson Road in Independence, Ky.

Anyone with information regarding Curley's whereabouts is asked to contact the Kenton County Animal Shelter at 859-356-7400.
